| Description: | HELLO I'm Danielle and I live in a two-bedroom apartment on West Campus at The Quarters (27th and Nueces). I live with my twin sister and we are studying abroad next semester (Spring 2009) and need to sublet both rooms. We have a 2-bedroom apartment with our own private bathrooms and walk-in closets. We have washer and dryer, full kitchen appliances/tableware, and how can it get any better than having the apartment fully furnished. The kitchen has granite countertops and the apartment has wood floors. If you think it couldn't get any better we also have a gigantic wrap-around patio (50 ft x 10ft). Our apartment is walking distance from campus. As you exit our apartment complex the bus stop is at the corner of our complex. This bus will take you anywhere on campus and even DOWNTOWN. One room?s monthly rent is $870 and the other is $995 (b/c it includes one parking space). I can also provide pictures. Thank you! Hope to have one or two of you living in my apartment soon. |
